“Giving us the run around on trying to get replacement parts for our couch and chair that is under warranty. We wait 8 months for a replacement piece that never comes and now we put the pressure on and suddenly they are going to be able to source the parts we need. Their furniture is garbage, their customer service is the worst!
EDIT: They are replacing our furniture. I will update the review when this actually happens
They made it right! We got our new furniture in a timely manner with great delivery drivers. We are satisfied!! Edited to 5 stars”
“From entering the Victoria showroom and being immediately greeted by Eric I felt very welcomed to begin my search for a new washer and dryer. Eric was very pleasant as he provided an overview of various models and their features. I didn't feel rushed as I was making my decision.
The delivery team was very kind and respectful as they removed my old appliances and then installed the new ones. They were careful not to damage anything. They clearly had a plan that was very efficient.

They offered suggestions and answered my questions without reservation. We have for several years purchased items from London Drugs Computer/Camera Departments. This is just another reason why we will continue to always check with London Drugs before purchasing or seeking technical assistance for these products. James and Ryan were very accommodating and took the stress out of the process.”
