“Our experience was absolutely the best!!!! We had to cancel delivery a few times due to carpet issues but Leon’s always changed us, no questions!!!! Our salesman Alex was exceptional and answered any questions, I can’t say enough, delivery was great, you have a app to follow the truck to know your time, the driver also phoned to let us know when they would arrive, they brought these heavy pieces in, put it together and were happy to help us place them, we will go to Leon’s again, amazing staff and service! “We woke up to a disaster Boxing Day as our fridge had quit. However it turned out to be a smooth pleasant experience. We went to the store ,the receptionist was warm and Abdul gave us well informed advice. We purchased a new fridge AND IT WAS INSTALLED NEXT DAY. The young men who came were polite and efficient , also very careful with our carpets and furniture . A very positive experience.”

“Love their containers of nut sales, coconut water that's 100% pure as well as their appliances inwhich i have purchased many over the years.
I bought a printer portable and they dont have the replacement ink which is a bit of a pain. I also bought an air cleaner there and they dont sell the replacement filters there either, which is a pain too.”
“We deal with the Tillicum Rona often and have been happy with their service, however we had an issue with a bathroom vanity we recently purchased and weren't getting a good response from the store. Fortunately we were lucky to be able to deal with "Shane". She not only arranged to pick up the damaged one she helped us pick out a new one an arranged delivery promptly. She then followed up to make sure we were satisfied, absolutely we are, thank you so much Shane, we will be back.”
