Fantastic service from your service writer Sarah and her staff! Sarah is as good as service writer as I have ever encountered (and I'm a retired Toyota Sales Manager) and her mechanics are excellent. She was skilful, thorough, communicative, responsive and helpful. She and your staff transformed a car which had mostly sat idle for 5 years. I could not be more pleased!”

“I've had some disappointing experiences at this store in the past. But would like to recognize one of your Customer Service manager Rupali, for the outstanding service she provided during my recent visit.
I came into the store feeling very frustrated and upset because of an issue I was dealing with, and I wasn't in the best mood. Despite that she remained calm, patient, and professional throughout our conversation. She listened carefully without interrupting me, answered all of my questions, explained the store's policies clearly, and worked to resolve my issue in a timely and respectful manner.
What stood out most was the way she treated me. She made me feel heard and respected, even when I was frustrated. That level of professionalism and kindness is exactly what great customer service should look like, and employees like Rupali deserve to be recognized.

“We had a fabulous time in your Christmas section this year. You had so many different and interesting decorations ... and so we'll displayed and organized!
First we bought the artificial tree and on our next visit we splurged and got some wonderful tree ornaments and a skirt for under the tree.
