1. Staff are always attentive and helpful. 2. I'm generally dressed head to toe in Eddie Bauer because it's good quality and stylish. I still have v-neck tees from years ago - they lasted a long time. 3. Failed zippers are a universal problem. 4. I wish they would restock those Navy-blue denim shirts.

Been looking for a yellow raincoat for a while, and the staff Marissa took the time to explain me all the details of their selection. Ended up ordering one from their store for delivery, exited to receive it.
