The collection felt curated and uncluttered, with artful international historical pieces I hadn’t seen in any other antique store in town. “I had a great experience with Cedar Classics. My chairs are over 10 years old and had been badly neglected, covered in moss and dirt. I pressure washed them and followed the refinishing steps on their website, and now they look fantastic. I also noticed some of the hardware was loose, so I reached out to Cedar Classics by email. Ivan responded quickly and sent me replacement hardware to fix the issue.

I never write reviews, but this company truly deserves it. I wish more people understood the level of quality these chairs offer and how long-lasting they are. Cedar Classics carefully selects the wood and pays close attention to the overall appearance of each piece. This is next-level craftsmanship and attention to detail. Highly recommended.”

“My wife has been looking for slip covered furniture for a while. We have been to places like Crate and Barrel and Restoration Hardware but did not find anything that we liked. Then we found the Insideout Home Store!

We actually heard about it from another furniture store in Victoria that recommended we check out Insideout Home store and we are sure happy they did.

Cardna took great care of us on our first visit. She answered all of our questions and more. We checked out the sofas, chairs, covers and other accessories. She let us take our time sitting on the various pieces. It really allowed us to get the sense of the quality of the furniture.

After a few hours of trying out chairs and sofas and asking lots of questions, my wife picked out fabric samples to take home. We had all the information we needed, it was a matter of determining which colour and fabric was the best for our home. Once we were home, my wife contacted the store and spoke to Sue, the owner. She agreed to meet us at the store a few days later when we were en route to Vancouver.

Sue met us an hour before the store was set to open. In an hour, she was able to answer a few more questions and then placed our order for a sectional sofa and two swivel rocker chairs. It will take 8 to 9 weeks and all delivery arrangements will be made through the store.

The prices are comparible to other higher end furniture stores, with or without slip covers. We liked the quality of this furniture and the slip covers better than the others.

Five Stars does not seem enough for the level of personal service we received from Cardna and Sue. We are excited to receive our new living room furniture.”

We bought the bed from them 2.5 years ago and their estimated install timeline was accurate (helping set realistic expectations), the install was professional, the instructions for use were straightforward and thorough.
