Poor customer service whoever that clerk was. She was condescending and borderline ignorant. I could very well see this place closing down if they keep people of her caliber employed for any length of time.
Heart and Sole Shoes is a unique shoe store in the heart of Fabulous Fort St and
worth the visit! We are located at 1023 Fort St between Vancouver and Cook in a
1929 heritage building beside Fort St Cycle. Our buyers seek interesting, bespoke
footwear and accessories from all over the world. Our shoes are crafted in Spain,
Portugal, Israel, Germany, France, Mexico and the United States. We also have an
amazing handbag line made in Chelsea, QC Canada. We are understaffed at the moment and may not be able to answer inquiries over the phone when other customers are physically in the store and we are engaged with helping them.
