About TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM
TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM is a downtown bank location that offers helpful and professional service from its staff. Customers have praised employees for being kind, polite, and genuine, with specific mentions of staff members who assist with deposits, credit building advice, and account closures. The branch provides a positive experience when visiting for banking needs, with some customers noting that the staff efficiently resolve issues within a short time. However, the branch can get busy later in the day, and some customers feel uneasy about ATM security due to the presence of suspicious individuals and evidence of drug use inside the branch. Despite these concerns, overall, the staff’s professionalism and helpful attitude stand out, making the branch a welcoming place for banking services.

Went at lunch expecting the worst - but was pleasantly surprised. They were properly staffed, line was short and went quickly, the tellers appeared very competent. I was helped quickly when I worried would need a follow up appointment.
