Thrifty Foods is a solid, well-stocked grocery store and a favorite local market for many. It offers a good selection, fresh produce, quality meats, and a great neighborhood location. The store features an on-site bakery and good cheese options, and the staff are always willing to help, providing excellent customer service. There is also an excellent florist noted for lovely arrangements. However, some find items expensive compared to other stores. The parking lot can be busy, and the bakery quality is sometimes hit or miss, with erratic birthday cakes and bread that can seem recently frozen. The hot takeout food may also appear to have been sitting.
