“Wish I could give 6 stars. Bit of a story here - my son had recently received a hand made stuffed animal from his aunt and was in love with it. While driving back to Vancouver from Vernon his stuffy somehow fell out at one of the stops along the way. After a lot of tears I called a few places to see if they happened to find it. I got connected with Harry, the Facilities Manager for Otter Co-op and he found the lost stuffy. Not only did he give the stuffy a fun adventure with pictures of the toy around the shop, he personally hand delivered it back to my son in Vancouver! Harry is amazing and such huge thanks to all of the Otter Co-op staff!Oh and for added interest, guess what - the stuffy was a large blue Otter! You couldn’t make that up. Might have to send Honour the Otter back to the Kelowna Co-op as a mascot in a few years!”

“The clerk greeted me pleasantly when I entered and served me quickly but efficiently before moving to the person behind me. The mini store was clean and well stocked. A good place to get gas but cigarettes are very pricey.”

“Good selection and Amazing staff for the most part , but Iv experienced numerous times where Iv been shorted gas , and when I bring it up to them nobody seems to care , and with the price of gas it’s a little annoying that I’m not getting what I pay for and that nobody cares about it . I love y’all but I never experience this anywhere else .”
