“Kenneth (manager) was great to deal with! Stood by his employee and also his customer, which isn't easy sometimes. I got an email quote, told them to go ahead with the job. Went in to collect and the invoice was wayyyy over what the quote was. I paid anyway then emailed the next day for an explanation. Apparently someone there misquoted the original job and although that quote wasn't honoured (it was definitely out of line with what it should have been) I was reimbursed for a portion of the invoice, which was sufficient. Will return for my printing needs!”

“Five-star service! I arrived at this location last minute—just 5 minutes before closing—and Isa went completely above and beyond to help me. Despite the late hour, he was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient throughout the entire process. He didn’t rush me at all and made sure everything was handled perfectly. Amazing customer service from Isa! Thank you so much!”
