“Very happy with my recent experience with Arctic Fame Diamonds. I purchased online as I do not live in the Vancouver area. Irene was very responsive via email. Prices were competitive and she went out of her way to take various photos and videos to email me. Delivery was prompt. Although the ring was beautiful, a small detail about the asymmetry bothered me. Irene was quick to respond saying they would fix to my liking. I sent the ring back free of charge, Irene called to discuss and within 2 days the ring was fixed and on it's way back to me (not before sending more photos and videos to confirm my approval). I would highly recommend Arctic Fame Diamonds for it's customer service and I look forward to shopping there in the future.”
