“My son was figuring out which item to buy his niece and workers were very friendly and helpful ,then each time i turned around I noticed 2 workers hovering close by pretending to fold clothes or straighten items on hangers even one in the back watching us so closely while all eyes were on us the real thief ran out the door with an arm full of very expensive jackets lol”
“One of best secrets is if you come in here to order online delivered to your home , you’ll avoid the import fees . Thanks to the staff member for telling me that . Online has a greater selection but this store is gorgeous , staff are limited but friendly . I’ve tried calling before and yes they don’t answer the phone but honestly it’s incredibly hard to find staff to work in west vancouver so this concept of this consistent customer service is sort of a dated concept in this area .
I love their ocean art and floral clothing . It’s a little nuts how fast things sell out that though . The last cardigan I purchased I got one of the last 3 ! 🤯
