“Buying a car can be stressful, but Carter Honda made it the complete opposite. From start to finish, everything felt easy and pressure free.
Bobby was amazing, he walked us through all the options, answered every question, and genuinely worked hard to get us exactly what we wanted. At no point did we feel pushed or pressured.
Over the few days it took to finalize everything, every time we walked in we were greeted warmly and made to feel like part of the team. That level of care really stood out.
Even the financing process was smooth and surprisingly stress free. Everyone was kind and transparent.
The only small caveat was the process of being escorted to obtain the bank drafts, it felt a little awkward and was slightly challenging with two busy schedules. That said, it was manageable and did not take away from the overall positive experience.
They got us into our dream car and we couldn't be happier.
