“I rented an excellent car here. My car needed repairs out of warranty. The rental wasn’t very clean, but it was otherwise a great car. Explorer Turbo. I have an older Explorer and this one was much better. I was blown away.”
“I reserved a mini van months ahead to travel across country. They were expecting a mini van on an hour prior to my pick up but called another location for a minivan on back up just in case the one didn’t return. I really appreciated that they went out of their way to make sure I had a minivan ready to go when I got there. One man even took his time to show me the gadgets. I liked that. Everyone was friendly and professional. I was always an enterprise gal but now I’m a hertz gal too:) Thank you for a great experience.”

I hope the owner sees this and knows that his employee was great. I unfortunately didn’t get his name. But I hope he knows he made our day by getting my parents into a car promptly and got them to their destination to visit a friend with cancer. There was initially an issue with the reservation but he made it happen. Thank you again.”

“Had a fantastic trip.. not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I had a great time and the customer service was very responsive. I'm guessing most people expect it to be brand new absolutely perfect RVs. These are the best RV rentals on the market, but I guess I have some experience as I have rented with Cruise America, El Monte, and others in the past. So I definitely can feel the difference and I am sure most first-timers expect it to be a walk in the park.”
