“Coinstar machine, you eat from my piggy bank And out pops an amazon code and to you I thank But it's embarrassing as you're super loud So all eyes on your if in line there's a crowd This machine is solid. It wasn't working once, but the other time I needed it, it worked. They'll cash you out via gift card codes (i.e. amazon). So no card comes out per se, but a receipt with an amazon gift code. It worked! Loved it! The ONLY thing is that it's SUPER LOUD and you feel like an IDIOT shaking out a piggy bank, but it's cool. Don't let no one call you a fool.”

“Let me start by saying I do not have an account nor do I bank with Wells Fargo. That being said, this place rocks! I needed a very large amount of coinage well over $1,000 in change and not only did they help me, they wheeled it straight out to my car! What unbelievable service this bank has! Joey, the gentleman that helped me, provided excellent customer service and I'm seriously thinking about switching banks! Even my own bank Chase whom I have banked with for 10 years was unable to help me. Thank you so much and you may get a new banking customer very soon!”

“Been a customer since the Great Western days in the 70s. Bank has gone through so many name changes since then. I have been coming to this branch since the 80s. A long time customer with numerous accounts from checking to savings to CDs and investments. Got to know the staff through the years with some staying and others leaving. Although the kiosk is a good idea, I still like dealing with tellers! Please keep some tellers!! Chase is a good bank. Glad there are many branches around. Will Chase expand to DC? Was surprised there wasn't a Chase there.”

“Busy location, but all the staff is helpful. I needed assistance with a wire transfer, the person that greets you as you enter helped me do it online fine my laptop and even provided a open office to allow me privacy. For me, she went above and beyond. 5 stars for me. Sucks I don't remember her name.”

“Wells Fargo itself can be iffy and banks can be a very stressful place at times however this branch is wonderful (and WAY more helpful than the Otis branch in my opinion). I came in needing to stop payment on some cashiers checks. I had so much anxiety regarding whether I'd be able to do so and if I'd be able to get my money back In a timely fashion. Kieth and Arthur were beyond helpful and I cannot express my gratitude enough. The process was long we had to call the customer service line, fill out and notarize paperwork, yada yada yada but they did not complain about helping me one bit they just powered through it with a good attitude and got it done for me. They were able to stop payment for me and gave me the money back right away. After being so stressed out going into the bank I left with no burdens and had peace of mind about everything. Again thank you Keith and Arthur so much you guys really turned a horrible situation around for me, you two are awesome.”
