“Service and atmosphere is good , But I do not understand, why bank ask for appointments for all matter , many of which , can solve on phone , by calling on registered mobile numbers and with confirmation of date of birth and social security number . This will save customers and bank times.”

I came by the other day and needed to go into the branch, I normally use the ATM outside.
As I was lining up, Zack came by and helped me with everything I needed to learned about the Tap features with the indoor ATM they had. Every troubles I had with my phone and such, he helped me with every step of the way while helping another customer next to me.
I would highly recommend this branch and would come again.”

“Great experience! When I arrived I was warmly greeted by the security guard who also opened the door for me. I was then welcomed at the front door by the manager who asked how she could help me. I needed to exchange two different types of currency, so she directed me to the teller and then took the time to make sure the teller understood how to do the exchange before leaving the teller to finish the transaction. The teller was thorough and made sure he had helped me with everything I needed before summarizing my transaction and giving me my receipt. Would have been a 5 star review if it wasn’t for the parking situation which can be tricky due to In-N-Out traffic.”
