I loved his energy from the moment I walked into the AT&T store until I left. All the staff are always helpful and friendly whenever we've come into the Alameda store. Oh, and thank you, my guy, for suggesting the upgrade because I'm really enjoying my new Samsung S24.

Incredible service. Jessie and Fernando were great. They looked over my family plan and helped find ways to save money. They were able to get my products activated and advise on how to make them more kid friendly for my child. They were both very knowledgeable, kind, and patient.
