“Rick and Sanran at the Berkeley Verizon was just amazing. So lovely and looking out for my best interest financially because I had lost my phone. Then they called through to the Pinole Verizon store and I went over there to pick up the phone because the Berkeley store was out of 16s. They were just lovely as well in pinole. A lovely young woman who was just so patient and lovely and stayed behind the 8 o’clock close time just to finish up my setup. I would recommend these two Verizon stores to everyone.”

“Michael Z, the manager at this store, did an outstanding job resolving my issue. As a first time customer of AT&T, I was about to give up on this company. Long story that includes online purchase during Black Friday, cancellations on orders without my approval, UPS delivery of box without the iPhone 17 (seems like an inside job at UPS with double taping of the package), multiple security and fraud checks, and countless hours on the phone with multiple managers. It's almost like ATT does not want my business!
ALERT: If your phone is stolen during the delivery process, the ATT process makes you feel blamed as if you are the criminal. Despite multiple explanations to service reps, it doesn't appear that they document. Fraud team denies requests.
Enter Michael Z. His efficiency, quickness, patient, caring and customer service approach won me back to give a last chance. I can't say the same of the workers at other branch stores.
Moving forward, should I have any more issues with ATT, I will be coming in store to work with Michael.

I have been to three different ATnT stores the last three days going through the limiting systems in place the company has. “Mansoor was a huge help—very patient and polite throughout the entire process. He took his time assisting me with my upgrade and made sure everything was transferred smoothly from my old phone to the new one. He even double-checked that all my emails were set up and working perfectly.
I really appreciate how the team at this store goes above and beyond to help customers. It’s a completely different experience compared to some other Verizon stores, like Walnut Creek, where it often feels like they don’t have the time to assist you properly.

“Lily helped me in a jam. My phone screen was so damaged and I couldn't find my address to my work. Sad how much we depend on our phones these days. The person I work with doesn't have an online presence really with all the addresses of all the offices. Lily helped me in the jam and I am grateful. I wanted to switch and get verified on with customer service and she helped me use her phone to do everything so I could switch service to another phone.”
“I came into this store on Friday 8/7/26 around 5:30pm or so. I was distraught! My Dad switched my phone from T-Mobile to his account with AT&T because I asked him to :) and that started the day before. He lives in TX and I think the rep out there was doing something shady but that’s a review for that store. Anyway, I was on hour 28 with no service to my iPhone, green bubbles for iMessages, just all the things were going wrong. Lamar was a gem, as soon as I walked in the door he was trying to help me. I was there so long he had to take his lunch and I was still on the phone with AT&T with no luck. Then Christian the manager steps in and he miraculously taps into my settings and fixes all the problems. Messages coming through, phone calls can be made, blue iMessages… just amazing! Thank you both so much for your assistance. I’ll be in soon for my upgrade :)”
“Staff was knowledgeable in answering our questions and helping us set up 4 new phone lines and move our existing phone numbers over. This is a way better experience than trying to sign up online, where the website is kind of buggy. He was also able to speak English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. 😲”

The man was kind enough to let me know it was because my phone had been bent before the repair ( from another accident not from this store) and he offered to fix and replace the screen. The phone is now in perfect condition. The pricing is excellent and he is very easy to work with. I will recommend to friends and family.”
