“I needed my vehicle repaired quickly because I use it to commute to and from work. Repairs needed were bumper, side panel, and door repair.
Jerry was very nice to me. He explained things clearly, gave good estimates, and fixed my vehicle within the time frame he said they would. He worked with me and assured me that my vehicle would be taken care of.
When I picked my car up, it looked like new! While driving home from the shop, I thought my front camera was not working and needed to be calibrated. They responded quickly and was willing to take the car back to fix the issue. Fortunately, I was mistaken, there was no issue.
The entire time they were quick to respond to my calls and emails. The receptionist was great each time we spoke. Very kind, very thorough, honest, and efficient people.

“I was WOWED when I picked up my 2006 Toyota Solar. It looked show room new!!! Went in for front fender and bumper repair and hood abd spoiler painting that I put off for a few years, yeah, years! Was referred by Alameda Auto Lab, next door (also a most EXCELLENT independent business). Went in for an estimate. Was about $800 less than other estimates I got. This is a small independent shop. Kevin Lu takes GREAT and humble pride in what he obviously loves doing. When my friend took me to get ride, he was so impressed, he will be work done soon. I will return for other stuff I need. O! A real surprise, the car interior was nicely freshened up, too! You cannot go wrong! Had to leave car a few days longer than was convenient for me, but, hey, it's a small quality vs quantity shop!!”

“So it's very weird when you search the business name it has the correct address listed but when you press navigate to it it takes you to the oakland location, but if you manually type the 1835 oak st, Alameda address it navigates you to the correct place. I would suggest to manually type in the address rather searching under the fast undercar name”

“Needed some coolant for my car so I stopped by autozone in alameda, I had a good experience with the staff they were nice and helpful. While I was there I couldn’t help but overhear a conversation between the store manager, Chris and a lady who seemed to be upset because she parked illegally in their private parking lot while she ran off to run errands down the street and got her car towed. She was not a customer of Autozone and was upset! Shocked doesn’t even begin to describe how rude she was blaming the manager for having to pay $700 to get her car from the tow yard and then she proceeded to tell the manager he didn’t need the spaces and that he will loose customers for towing! He didn’t argue with her and she stormed out the door. The audacity in people! I talked to the manager and it seems people will do this frequently and will come in and yell at the staff when they come back to their cars being gone! The manager has seen people pull into the parking lot and walk away from the store and go down the street for hours at a time. Is it because they don’t want to look for parking on the street or they don’t want to pay? . Read the signs people!
