“This is my third time using this shop, most recently after another driver accidentally backed into my passenger door. They do amazing body work, but I love that they handle non-body services too. I have an older car that I keep in mint condition. I use the cigarette lighter daily to plug in an adapter to play music from my iPhone, and they successfully fixed the worn-out plastic prong holding the outlet in place. On top of the great repairs, I deeply appreciated their help dealing with the other party’s insurance. When the insurance company tried to low-ball me, the shop called them directly and handled everything to ensure the entire estimate was covered. Whether it’s accident repair, insurance headaches, or small interior fixes, this is the place to go!”
“I went in for a simple oil change and I definately regretted it. The guy at the counter was rude from the very moment I opened my mouth. This is the ONE place I will NEVER go back to, absolute waste of my time and money.”
“Thank you to Victor for providing excellent customer service in helping me replace my headlight. He definitely went above and beyond, and I appreciate his efforts!”
“Great experience. Organized store. Lots of parking space. Friendly staff. Helped me with my battery installation and testing. Luis was knowledgeable and super helpful. Will go back if I need to. Thank you Luis!”
“I had a dent in my hood from a stone on freeway. They did an excellent job - looks like it never happened and it was ready a day earlier than expected! Great customer service too.”
“I was WOWED when I picked up my 2006 Toyota Solar. It looked show room new!!! Went in for front fender and bumper repair and hood abd spoiler painting that I put off for a few years, yeah, years! Was referred by Alameda Auto Lab, next door (also a most EXCELLENT independent business). Went in for an estimate. Was about $800 less than other estimates I got. This is a small independent shop. Kevin Lu takes GREAT and humble pride in what he obviously loves doing. When my friend took me to get ride, he was so impressed, he will be work done soon. I will return for other stuff I need. O! A real surprise, the car interior was nicely freshened up, too! You cannot go wrong! Had to leave car a few days longer than was convenient for me, but, hey, it's a small quality vs quantity shop!!”
“Juan is freaking awesome! Great personable service with a smile and care! He is simply the reason why I continue to give my business to Alameda Auto Zone!! HE is amazing and kind
