“I cannot recommend M & M Garage enough! They did an amazing job on my car and the entire experience was stress-free. The owner is incredibly kind, honest, and transparent. I had gotten a first estimate elsewhere that was thousands of dollars higher, but the team here gave me a fair, honest quote that saved me a ton of money without sacrificing any quality. Their communication was clear and fast, and they finished the work quickly. If you need auto body work in the East Bay, this is the place to go”

“I highly recommend Marco. What stood out most to me was his honesty and integrity. Even though it meant I ultimately decided not to move forward with the repair, he took the time to explain all the options available and gave me straightforward advice on what would be the most cost-effective solution. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely puts a customer’s best interests ahead of making a sale. Marco is clearly not just in it for the money, he cares about helping people make informed decisions. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional, hit Marco up and he’ll make sure you get the service you actually need, not just the service that makes him the most money.”

“I had the most wonderful experience at Caliber Collision in Berkeley working with DuMariea Banks! My car was sent there to be evaluated after a tree limb fell on it, it was totaled. He was gracious and supportive as my work schedule did not allow me to get there as soon as would be expected, he told me to relax and let me know when I would be able to arrive. I told him within two days to clear out the car as it was assessed within one day of being brought in. When I spoke to my newly assigned insurance representative who was too pushy he wanted to connect with caliber collision that day and did not listen to me regarding the fact that I had already been in touch so I just let it happen. When DuMariea got on the three way call all he did was ask me directly did I have the phone number there to which I stated yes. Then I affirmed that my plan to come in day after the next to clear out my car. He said that's great I will see you then! The pushy insurance representative had nothing more to say. When I went in he was at the front desk and went back to help me clear out my car making sure I left nothing inside it. He was just so down to earth, helpful and just human to me in a world that moves too fast and expects everything to have been completed yesterday it was a breath of fresh air to work with him. I didn't know him before I was sent there but I will defiantly recommend caliber collision now to anyone just for the absolute human service I received while addressing a challenging situation.”

“My car was hit on the passenger side by a delivery van making a U turn. All of the side panels had to be replaced. Husteads did a great job with a couple of delays for parts (we were warned of the likelihood in advance). It looked like new when completed and we’ve had no problems with the work.”

“Had a great experience with Europa Cars after my rear bumper was badly scratched. I called ahead and they were able to give me an estimate within about 10 minutes of arriving, which was especially convenient since they're open on Saturdays. The entire process was straightforward and transparent. They clearly explained the repair, pricing, timeline, and self-pay or insurance process, and they were happy to answer all of my questions — something I really appreciated as someone who likes to understand exactly what's happening with my car. Once I brought the car in, they had the repair completed within 48 hours as promised. The bumper looks brand new and the paint match looks fantastic. They even washed my car before I picked it up, which was such a nice unexpected touch. Great workmanship, clear communication, fair and transparent process, and fast turnaround. I'd absolutely come back and recommend Europa to anyone looking for a reliable body shop in Berkeley.”

“It was really easy... they gave a good price quote and then ordered the parts, during which time I could still use the car. Then, a week later, with a scheduled appointment, they took the car and turned it around in a week, and it looked and felt like new. They also did me the favor of removing the obsolete commute stickers. My calls for updates were answered promptly. Altogether, it was pleasant dealing with Berkeley Auto Body, and they are now my first choice.”
