“Great experience. Organized store. Lots of parking space. Friendly staff. Helped me with my battery installation and testing. Luis was knowledgeable and super helpful. Will go back if I need to. Thank you Luis!”
“Had a small leak in my tire. Called them and drove over there, fixed it under 30 minutes and they also checked every tire, as well as the TPMS sensors. Was able to be serviced same day and only 40 Dollars for the flat repair. Needless to say would recommend this place. Way faster than Costco.”
“I purchased windshield wipers here several months ago. I haven't replaced wipers for this car before but, hey, how hard could it be? Way Harder than I expected to remove the existing ones. Couldn't manage it. I didn't need to locate the receipt and was escorted out to my car immediately. Wipers were installed I felt appreciated.”
“I want to say that I came into the O'Reilly's on Broadway. I was going to leave because I thought the windshield wipers were very expensive but a man named George who not only helped me with a lower price but also put them on. I want to give him explanational review because he was awesome and he also checked my oil. I really love the customer service. Thank you.”
“Cyamandie and Enrique were so helpful during my visit on April 10th. My headlight was broken and when I was under alot of stress they were able to assist me very kindly and swiftly ! Recommend them wholeheartedly and will be back!”
“Fantastic Service and helpful staff. Always open to answering questions, and helping out where they can. I had a really great experience with Jacob, installing some windshield Wipers.
I will definitely be back!”
“I have a 15 meter sailing catamaran with an electric motor system from electric motor sports. I have traveled many years and miles from Annapolis to Fiji so far.
Amazing system and customer service.”
“I want to thank Hector for his quick, efficient, and helpful service. I went to this store at 7:30 last night to look for new windshield wipers. He helped me find the correct sizes, choose the best wipers for my budget, and he even installed them for me after I checked out. The entire transaction took 10 minutes. Thanks again, Hector!”
“They do not know car parts, you have to do your own research but they are very nice and helpful, the manager is a very nice man, I been coming to this oreilly for years and seen employees come and go, they always hire the best ones don’t go to the one in Castro valley they have a horrible attitude”
“Angelo provided outstanding customer service and went above and beyond by helping me change my lights and windshield wipers. Other locations wouldn’t assist at all, so this was greatly appreciated. Thank you!”
“I like this auto store most persons work here are very nice. But store is extremely dirty . Front entrance door is so filthy . I no it’s auto part store but sometimes these people working there doing nothing. Little windex and paper might be nice to keep from door somewhat clean.”
“If you’ve had a bad day and are looking for a place to be other than at home or at work — consider visiting your local O’Reilly Auto Parts.
The air feels offensive and clean at the same time.
Let the play between the air fresheners, vapors of WD40 and aggressive Freon from the AC transport you back to times gone by. A walk in the forrest with grandma, the roadtrip to meet your dad’s first family, and the dental office you found on Groupon… it’s all here in the senses.
Let Geraldo take your hand as he shows you the endless options of windshield wiper fluid you’ll need for the rains come fall. His soothing accent (Greek?) reading the fine print across the bottles, as if they were the most important things in the world.
No matter what your day has been, there’s no need to wait for tomorrow to turn things around.
Be someplace better. Go to O’Reilly Auto Parts in Oakland.”
