Great service in this Chase Branch, in Alameda(south shore) today and gentlemen name Curtis L. help my mother and I and he took his time explaining and helping us, my mother was so happy with Curtis the way he treat us. Hopefully they keep hiring people that take pride on what they do 🙏🏻

The bank is neat and staff is friendly, although the line is always pretty long it be nice to see more windows open then just two on busy days. The ATMS outside need to be updated ASAP besides that been part of this bank for 4 years now.
