“I went in to get my iphone 12 pro battery replaced. James was very helpful and gave me tips on how battery works. I bought the battery on amazon but after watching the diy video decided it may be too much for me. James got the phone back to me within 2 hours and cost me $55. Highly recommend James and the store.”

“My laser printer suddenly stopped feeding paper and I needed to print out COVID documents for an upcoming trip to Europe. I followed the manufacturer's instructions to clean the rollers, but it still wouldn't work. I called Printer Plus and was told that it could possibly be fixed the same day. Google showed that the shop wasn't too busy during lunch hour, so I took my printer in after 12PM and was the only customer there. Vinh came out and helped carry my printer in. After I explained the problem, he opened the paper tray and immediately identified a broken part, which he had in stock. It took just a few minutes for him to let me know the cost for parts and labor. He told me to go shopping and return in an hour. When I got back, he demonstrated that the printer was repaired and I was on my way. So nice to have such great service, plus Vinh is a very nice guy! I'd recommend his services to anyone who would like to keep a working printer rather than send it to the junk pile.”

“I kid you not, this was originally going to be a one-star review.
My phone died on a Tuesday night. I went to this location on Wednesday morning at 10:30am. The gentleman told it would take three - four business days to fix. Great. I didn't hear from anyone Saturday so I went in Monday morning. The gentleman informed me that not only had the parts not arrived but there was no tracking information in the system. I was upset for sure, but ok. He said he would find out what's going on and get back to me.
More days go by, and I haven't heard from anyone. At this point, it's been a week with no phone. I call on a Thursday (eight days after I dropped the phone off) and there is still no update. I inform them the next day (Friday) that I am not pleased with the service and that I will come pick up the phone later. I get there, and no one is there.
I got back the next day to retrieve my phone and was informed that the parts were out for delivery. The gentleman I'm speaking with this time is a bit more apologetic and expresses eagerness to keep the phone and fix it. He informs me that if he receives the parts that day, he will fix it AND deliver it to me by 6pm. I didn't hear from him until much later BUT, he did fix the phone and delivered it to me personally. And the phone was in better condition (he knows what he did, thanks dude) than it was prior to.
The delay sucked, big time. I was totally put off but what seemed to be a lack of interest initially (yes, I know you can't work without the parts but there should be something in your system that informs you hey, this phone is still here) but was very grateful but the fix and service at the end.”

“My TV panel died on Thursday evening, so I filed a ticket with Samsung for a warranty repair. Tekniton contacted me on Friday morning & confirmed a visit scheduled for Tuesday. David gave me a call when he was on his way on Tuesday and arrived inside the confirmed window. He was here for ~40 minutes and I had a fully functional TV when he left. I was expecting a longer, multi-visit process and was very impressed that Tekniton sent David out with the likely needed components to make the process as short and painless as possible. David was super friendly, clearly knowledgeable, and very flexible.”
