“???This is a one-person site, so expect some delays. Pang and Robert did a great job taking care of patients. My appointment was at 8:10, and I was seen around 8:20—which makes sense given that only one person is managing everything.
If you have an appointment, you will be helped, but it’s not realistic to expect to be seen earlier than your scheduled time. They’re doing the best they can with limited staffing.
Giving 5 stars because they’re truly great at what they do, and honestly, it’s much better having them here than not at all!”

“The overworked staff is kind, patient and skilled. Unfortunately today I didn't have an appointment so needed to wait 2.5 hours ( after fasting for 12 hours). The problem was the managing of these facilities. The Orinda LabCorp only had 1 phlebotomist for checking in and drawing labs. The Lafayette LabCorp closed ( no walk ins) for appointments only and then closed completely due to computer problems. While the CEO of LabCorp makes 10 million the employees are left overworked and poor equipment. Corporate , Get it together!”

“What a great experience! I have been sick as a dog and needed to go to urgent care to get some relief from my symptoms. Everybody at the facility in Orinda was amazing, competent, caring, and thorough. I am highly impressed! Sauna, who was the person at the front desk was super helpful and clearly explained the process for me to see someone. I came in with a very bad cough and cold and because these could be signs of Covid, she explained that I needed to be seen outdoors by the staff. All I had to do is drive around to the back parking lot where they had set up tents for the staff to see the patients.. Stephanie was the intake nurse and she was great. And probably the biggest shout out should go to Dr. Bueno. He was super thorough and insisted I get a chest x-ray to rule out pneumonia, and wanted me to get a strep throat culture taken as well as Covid test. Within a very short time, all my tests were completed and the results came back. Dr. Bueno got me prescriptions to alleviate my symptoms. He is a fantastic doctor and was very reassuring that I would be on the road to recovery soon. Not that I wanna be sick, but if I am again, I will definitely go back to Sutter urgent care in Orinda,.”

“had a lovely experience here this morning. I was extremely stressed due to the fact I had to take a last minute covid-19 PCR test for my flight tonight, and the staff here was amazing. They were nothing but friendly and helped me quickly and made sure that I had everything I needed to ensure I would be able to fly safely and make my trip tonight. Both the man in charge and the kind woman who did my swab were great and I would definitely come back for any testing needs.”
“I came prepared with my bloodwork order from my PCP first thing in the morning which made check in fast and easy. The blood draw was likewise smooth and painless. I did not have an appointment but would recommend coming 10-15 min before they open as that is when I noticed others start to arrive if you are in a rush to be in and out - it’s on the third floor if you walk into the main entrance of the John Muir building”

“The staff are excellent!! Kind, helpful, efficient, and service is fast.
The only issue is that they have NO public parking on-site. Must find some metered parking spot on very busy street (Starbucks on corner).
I REALLY wish they would move to Southshore Mall that has plenty of free parking (e.g. 2130 S. Shore Center W, acrossgrom OfficeMax) and still stay in Alameda.”
