“Rating is based solely on the people.My first time here was today (01/09/2024)-with an appt. I will say getting early appts (for fasting etc) in a decent time frame here is difficult. That’s the only complaint I have.My experience was very good. I was called back very close to my appt time. I had a lot of orders which I didn’t realize before getting there. I am a very difficult draw for everyone everywhere. My veins are a major issue, getting my blood to come out is an issue and it clotting is an issue. I drink tons of extra water starting the whole day before to help with this. I can’t imagine if I didn’t.Today was a hard one. Two of the women here were working together to get it done and get my orders filled. They were very patient and kind to me (not everyone is) during such a difficult situation. They used hand warmers to help since arms were a no go. I learned about using the hand warmers before coming in now. I’ll be getting some of those for future draws. I have been to a lot of labs/hospitals and have been poked by many people at all skill levels, I’m a hard draw for them all. Neither of these women hurt me. That’s an important thing to mention. I would be totally cool to come back here especially with either of these two women. Unfortunately I don’t remember their names. I was in room two and the other woman may have been working in the first room but I cannot say that with any real certainty.”

“I was a walk-in on Tuesday, October 10th and I couldn't believe I was in and out in 10 minutes. The lady at the front took my test orders and directed me to the kiosk to check in. It took all of 30 secs. She asked me to take a seat. A minute later this pleasant young lady asked me to wake a seat in a booth. I told her in full disclosure that I hate needles, but we need to get through this. I looked away and felt a rubber strap around my arm and waited for the needle jab. Less than two minutes later she said I could stop making a fist. She had two full vials. I couldn't believe she was finished as I was still waiting for the javelin to pierce my arm. I am going to drive to Albany for all my future blood work. Incredible experience.”

I told the young lady I have collapsible veins and sometimes hard to get blood. She was amazing! Used butterfly and done first try. After reading reviews I wanted to say my experience was great! “I had a great experience at this LabCorp location today. Walked in without an appointment on a Friday morning. Kiosk check-in was smooth (ID and medical card get scanned so I didn't have to enter everything manually) then I was called up to the check-in counter within five or ten minutes. Shortly afterwards the lab tech called me and he (Julian? Julius?) was kind and professional. I was in and out in under 30 minutes.”

“I have been trying to get my cancer marker blood work for months, 2 different labs ran the wrong test and Quest locations in Palo Alto and Fremont kept cancelling my appointments! I am so grateful to have found Peng B. at this Quest location! I traveled for 1hr here and it was worth it, she was so kind, thorough and professional, truly exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much! ?Originally I was so frustrated, the other Quest locations were overflowing with too many ppl. I was debating on flying out of state to get my test done, I think it would be better for staff and patients for Quest to be an appointment only facility, it is not fair for patients with appointments to have our appointments pushed/canceled because Quest is up understaffed AND taking walks ins.”

“After reading all the negative reviews and being a naturally anxious person in medical settings, I felt a little uneasy before walking in. I came in the afternoon with no appointment and experienced no wait time, the woman at the front desk went above and beyond to help me get my paperwork sorted out after a miscommunication w/ my doctor's office, and the person who conducted my bloodwork was able to find my veins in one go (I have had prior problems with nurses identifying my veins), but this individual was super professional. I even got the cutest puppy sticker after my lab-work and I am a grown adult lol. I had an overall good experience here.”
“Hard to find parking but there's street meter parking. It's a small LabCorp spot hidden between some businesses in a small building. The location is clean, sanitary, all staff wore masks. Sign in through the iPad system then check in with receptionist. The nurse was extremely gentle and warm when she drew my blood panel. I got scared bc I hate blood panels, she made me feel very comfortable and saw that I looked discomfort from the needle. She reco next time to get a smaller needle for my small veils lol. Honestly that's the best advice I've gotten from nurses. I would totally return for my bloodwork done there.”
