Who knows why this place has 3 stars? They deserve five stars at this location. Well at least in the print/copy department of this store. The woman that works behind the counter killed it. She is super efficient at what she does and I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. I couldn't be happier with the results!... read full comment

Elandra (most likely butchered her name) was such a great help, she assured me in finding most of the items I could not find myself and she also directed me to where items would be if I could not find it. Great service and great customer service, Ty!

Is it me or office max seems a bit outdated compared to Staples? Either way, I'm glad office max is still in Alameda, which is only a few mins away.
