Not only did he do the initial job for my father's funeral program on the spot (which gave me a big relief because I didn't know how long of a lead time was needed), he helped me with the reprint because of a family dispute and felt really bad that I had to pay for a whole other set for just one adjustment. He gave me an adjusted price which was super sweet of him - I could tell he understood how distraught I was over it. He is the ultimate in customer service and I really felt supported by his actions and empathetic comments.”
