“I had my first shots this am with my fully retooled espresso machine and I'm excited to have her back in action. I'll need to experiment with things as the flow is so much more than even when things were still working for me (which shows that the pump and plumbing was degrading over time), but should be all good as I adjust my inputs. The service was great and I appreciated the time each technician spent explaining things and also the video after servicing and before picking up. The work wasn’t cheap but I feel like I have a brand new machine. They love what they do and the pride in workmanship shows.”

He told me what's wrong with the chair, and how the quality of some top brands has gone down so for $110 I got a Knoll chair that broke down and was probably discontinued but is lightweight and super comfortable.”

He gave me advice to what toner to buy to replace it, and the printer is now back in business. I felt the price to diagnose (which was rolled into the repair rate) and repair was very fair too. “This is a great local shop that carries a wide selection of stationary items that I just love! Of course the usual writing implements but also refills, notebooks, mailing envelopes, colorful single sheets of paper in large and small sizes with matching envelopes, tea towels, CA themed goodies and more! Items are more pricey than the big chain stores but it's okay because when I need something in a pinch, this shop is perfect. On another occasion, I stopped in for a specific type of birthday card that they didn't have when I eyed the Chinese New Year red envelopes. The price? A couple dollars for one. Yikes! Parking is generally easy and free. The staff is friendly and helpful. Please support this local business. Go in and browse the goodies here.”

“Stopped by today for a few snack items. I got a banana and a yogurt drink for 3.99. The banana was fresh and the yogurt drink was good as well. The have a little section where they sell sandwiches and tamales. They have a wide variety of drinks and food items (both refrigerated, frozen, and dry). They also sell school supplies. I wish I had more time to look around but I will definitely visit again. Employees were kind and they take EBT!”

“A bit cluttered but excellent staff assistance. Was greeted at the door by a staff member and easily found what I was looking for. I was a bit disappointed that hanging file folder came in counts of either 6 or 20 with nothing in between. I could have simply bought two packs of 6, but it would have been far too expensive. The price for what I wanted, I loved the discounted notebooks, and I had to buy one of them as well, love to get one for 55 cents, love the rare specials. The aisles were being stocked, and there was an impressive school focused section, but it seemed like a bit of a ghost town in the afternoon. The checkout staff member was helpful, and tried to track down the aforementioned middle pack of folders, but no luck. Also received a parting greeting, which is always pleasant.”
