I did my test a month ago, still do not get any results neither me nor my doctor. Tried to reach anybody over the phone, but you can’t pass this auto voice. What is the lab??

Everything is very outdated, dirty, and most of the staff is rude or undertrained. They make DMV look good.
Results are taking forever and their app to track it is also pretty bad.
Edit: 10+ days and they still can't find the results.

Staff very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. My only complaints about Quest are that there are no weekend hours ( listing for Alameda hours is wrong; I recently reported it), no evening appts and few early AM appts . Those are real shortcomings, but staff at lab site is pleasant and helpful.
