Why does the guy say theyre closed when it says open on the store front and online??

I have gone here twice in the past month. On my first visit the male cashier was unfriendly. On my second visit, the female cashier was equally unfriendly. Maybe that’s just how their employees feel.

Says open 24 hours but often locks their doors as early as 10:30-11. There are workers in there but they refuse to let you in.
