“Recently, my wife and I visited the Walnut Creek store at 1345 South Main Street. Our purpose was to purchase the new iPhone 17 Pro. We were greeted by a sales associate who introduced himself as Sid. He was very professional, and his presentation explaining certain attributes about the phones was excellent. He was patient, and perhaps most of all, he was a good listener. When we had what might be construed as silly questions, he immediately assured us that his purpose was to ensure that he met our needs, and he encouraged us to ask any and every question until we felt satisfied in making our decision to purchase the phones. When we left the store with our new phones, we were comforted knowing we had made the right decision, thanks in part to the high professionalism of Sid.”

“I took my 1970's era Technics turntable in for repair because for the cost of a repair it is unlikely that I can find something new of the same quality. I needed a new cartridge, had the machine serviced and cleaned. I came home with my turntable and put on an old Paul Simon record to test out the work. “First of all, I just wanna say it was such a pleasure being in that store with the manager Masi and the assistant manager Angel the experience I had. I’ll just start by this. I’m porting in from AT&T. I have five lines. My bill with AT&T was atrocious when I first walked in the energy in the store brightened my day because I already felt that they were going to take care of me. They were transparent honest and gave me some of the upmost information that I’ve ever received in a mobile store.
My initial plan was to upgrade three phones, but they told me they could upgrade four for me. I wanted three IPhone 17 Pro Max and one IPhone 17 Pro. They had the devices ready to go. They gave me some good screen protectors, and phone cases at a great cost especially since they put the protectors on for me! I also inquired about the home Internet and the Internet was a 14 day trial zero cost out the door and the Internet has been fantastic in my area here in San Ramon. I’m very grateful for meeting Masi and Angel and it was an honor working with them because they allowed me to save so much money. The cost compared to AT&T is amazing Tmobile. I am with you for life.”

The Alamo location is located in a little shopping center that includes Rotten Robbies and the laundromat off of the Sycamore Valley exit, making it an easy stop if you're getting gas or doing some laundry. There's parking for a few cars up front. This location has pretty much everything you'd expect from a convenience store: snacks, drinks, lotto tickets. We picked up some jalapeño cream cheese and Monterey chicken taquitos last night, which were pretty good. My husband also got popcorn chicken on a skewer and a corn dog. The service was cordial and the place itself was clean enough for a typical convenience store. Im The only drawback is that the Slurpee machines were out of order. Based on some of the other reviews here, it sounds like this isn't the first time.”
