Went to the dealership for a recall who tried to sell me some additional services but I was suspicious so I brought the vehicle to Jeff. Sure enough, there was nothing requiring attention at this time. And no charge to inspect and test drive my vehicle. Wow! It's comforting to get my regular oil changes from them (which are very reasonably priced) and have them look over my vehicle because I know I can trust them when a repair is really needed.”

Prices are a bit high, but leavened by frequent door busters and clearance discounts. Staff once cheerfully went out of their way to help me find odd-sized boxes in the back of the store. This location stands out even in a well run suburb like Downtown Walnut Creek as a consistently enjoyable shopping experience. Among the very best of chain retail in 2026.”

“This is a great T-Mobile store! I changed from Metro PCS to T-Mobile today. A HUGE shout out to sales rep Marvin who helped me with my new phone. We ran into some issues on my side due to my credit lock/freeze. When I logged in it stated it was unfrozen. Marvin called corporate or someone to have them verify some information and security questions.
I answered them and then we were finally on our way. Marvin was so patient, kind, informative and a pleasure to work with. The whole process was 3 hours and 18 minutes but again that was all on my side, with all of my crap that I had forgotten about and had nothing to do with this store or location. I also like how they had about 6 sales reps at this store. The other two I went to before this one had 1-2 sales reps and there was a line. Call me a grumpy millennial but I hate waiting and I needed a new phone ASAP!! Go see Marvin at this location for your T-Mobile needs. He’s efficient, fast, knowledgeable and extremely patient. He never stopped having a smile on his face and he held good conversation while I was logging into fix all my crap in order to get my new phone. He didn’t make me feel stupid or dumb. He answered all of my mom’s questions as she is looking to switch eventually as well.
I was so embarrassed and annoyed with myself as I hate taking up peoples valuable time, but Marvin just helped me the entire way. I felt good with my purchase and definitely would recommend this store. 10/10 customer service. Thank you Marvin!!”

“I took my 1970's era Technics turntable in for repair because for the cost of a repair it is unlikely that I can find something new of the same quality. I needed a new cartridge, had the machine serviced and cleaned. I came home with my turntable and put on an old Paul Simon record to test out the work. The sound is great and everything worked perfectly. Pure joy!”

“My phone plan was recently converted from US Cellular to T-Moblie a couple of days ago. While visiting family out of state in Danville CA I noticed I was not getting any data service. So, I went to a T-Mobile store in San Ramon, CA to help me find out what was going on with my plan. I worked with a young lady at the store, May Tango. Not only was she very knowledgeable about what was happening with my plan. She switched me to another with more benefits and a lower monthly rate. When my phone service transferred to T-Mobile from US Cellular, the new service didn't have any data service included. She recognized it immediately, contacted T-Mobile and had me upgraded within minutes. She was awesome to work with.”

“Really nice, friendly, and helpful employees work at this well-stocked 7-Eleven location! I stopped by for my free election day large coffee, and the employee scanned my 7-Eleven app, then showed me where the coffee area was located, and made sure that I knew where the lids were as well. When you're at a 7-Eleven, you of course have to get that sweet drink; a Slurpee! I stopped in here to redeem my buy 7 Slurpees, Get 11 Slurpees FREE coupon on their app, and they had all sorts of Slurpee flavors that I layered for maximum flavor : ) The parking lot always seems busy whenever I drive by, full of trucks from the construction crews working on the roads and building nearby apartments -- and kids stopping in for a snack after school -- and regular folks stopping in on their way to/from work.”

“Do you want someone who's there for you 24/7? Hello, 7-Eleven. The Alamo location is located in a little shopping center that includes Rotten Robbies and the laundromat off of the Sycamore Valley exit, making it an easy stop if you're getting gas or doing some laundry. There's parking for a few cars up front. This location has pretty much everything you'd expect from a convenience store: snacks, drinks, lotto tickets. We picked up some jalapeño cream cheese and Monterey chicken taquitos last night, which were pretty good. My husband also got popcorn chicken on a skewer and a corn dog. The service was cordial and the place itself was clean enough for a typical convenience store. Im The only drawback is that the Slurpee machines were out of order. Based on some of the other reviews here, it sounds like this isn't the first time.”
