“This UPS store is always well staffed and the wait is never long. The team members greet you once you walk in and send you off with “have a nice day” when you leave. Same experience time after time and it shows that ownership cares about the team and their customers. Most of my experiences are with Zachary and the kid exemplifies all of the positive attributes above! He’s a great asset to this UPS store and he will do great in life. Keep it up Zachary.”

“Helpful, professional staff. I had an issue with a UHaul truck I rented in Idaho. When I went to return the truck in Danville, we realized the documentation was done incorrectly at the departure site and the mileage was way off (wrong truck). The owner called UHaul on my behalf and straightened it out quickly for me. Excellent service!!”

“I needed some flyers printed for my business on short notice. The employee helped me with the sizing and paper selection and even caught an issue with my file before printing. The finished copies looked great and were ready quickly. Excellent service and attention to detail.Q”

“so we came by to ship some stuff and it was honestly such a smooth experience I cant even believe it the guy at the counter really knew what he was doing which is rare these days to find in a place like that everything was fast even with a little line and thier print options are way better then I expected for a standard shipping place I will definately be coming back next time I need anything, even if it takes me a little longer to get here”

“I never thought I would give a USPS location a high rating, 'til I came to this one. They're so friendly and helpful. I was trying to mail a couple of packages and surprised by the cost going to the other coast. I didn't even say anything but the lady there was so nice asked what it was and offered me cheaper mailing options. She even gave me the supplies to repack my packages. And I saw them even offer tape to help someone seal their package better. Can I just say Wow, that's so nice! Usually you get someone very moody behind the counter at other locations that would tell you to buy your own tape. This location is a USPS gem.”
