After getting brand new tires, I got a flat within a month! I went back to Tire choice and got a replacement Free of Charge (only had to pay for warranty and taxes). They also worked on my car on a Friday when their schedule was jam packed. I love the customer service I received from Greg Allen. He's the man. I can't recommend Tire Choice enough, they really took good care of me.”

“First quote off of a cold call, the tire pricing from El Cerrito Tire was better than online from Tire Rack which is rare for a bricks and mortar shop. When I brought the vehicle in, the service representative saw that I had oil and a filter sitting on the passenger seat and offered to do my oil change at a fantastically reasonable price (even for someone who DIY's their oil changes) while they replaced the tire. This shop wants to earn your business and keep it.”

They quote me repaire prices upfront and do exceptionall work. Now I take my girlfriend s Honda Pilot for any repairs needed. I also send all my friends to Paul’s with confidence and the knowledge they will take good care f them.”

“The staff was very friendly, came on a holiday week, so probably should not do that next time a little disappointed that I couldn’t actually get the issue I came in for fixed. This was the tire pressure sensor warning system that has been going off in my car for almost a year even after I got four new tires.At appointment I was told yes it was a tire pressure sensor issue which I kind of knew for $100 so yeah, a little bit frustrating. Also, they didn’t even have the sensors in stock although I’d had this appointment booked for weeks honestly a little ridiculous in my opinion-an Anyway I am gonna have to come back for replacement of the sensors -pretty frustrating.”
