“First quote off of a cold call, the tire pricing from El Cerrito Tire was better than online from Tire Rack which is rare for a bricks and mortar shop. When I brought the vehicle in, the service representative saw that I had oil and a filter sitting on the passenger seat and offered to do my oil change at a fantastically reasonable price (even for someone who DIY's their oil changes) while they replaced the tire. This shop wants to earn your business and keep it.”
“I called last minute to get help removing a license plate that had rusted in, and Paul was able to get me in same day. He quoted me a very reasonable price - less than half of what Berkeley Toyota tried to charge me - and had me in and out very quickly. The staff was very friendly, and I will absolutely be going back!”
