“My PCP went out of business and one of the recommendations was Dr. Bredeek. I got an appointment right away, his office staff Lavina and Bob are friendly, cheerful and after a year the longest I have had to wait is no more than 2 minutes. Rudy is also a very nice, polite staff member. I sign in and immediately am shown to an exam room for BP/Weight/Temp and then about 5-10 min wait for Dr. Bredeek himself. He is always upbeat and interested. He's a PhD and extremely versed in his practice. Suffice to say, I feel fortunate to have found him, he is totally dedicated to my well being and good health.”
“My first time, I came for fingerprints. The gentleman who took my prints used the opportunity to train others with his personal tips and tricks on how to get the prints perfect. The second time, I came for prints for another company and a TB test. Since it was within the same month, they still had my prints on file to send to the FBI and DOJ, so I didn't have to retake the prints. They also have an online doctor at the ready to confirm my TB test questionnaire. I expected to stay an hour; it took less than fifteen minutes.”

“I’ve been here a few times for scheduled appointments, usually at 730a. There are already a handful of customers and almost all labs have only 1-2 staff manning the front desk and doing blood draws. These Lab folks deserve respect. They cover all parts of the office. They’re not set up for success to meet all walk ins. They do their job well and are efficient as can be.”

The sign-in system was fine for me, but it was a bit confounding for some people standing in line. I couldn't help, as I didn't speak their language.
I forgot to bring my mask from the car, and would have liked to have had an opportunity to get a mask at the lab. I couldn't find any there.
I had an appointment, and I was called in pretty close to my appt time.

“Excellent service as I had to drop mom off for her appointment Friday and look for parking!Only problem here was reaching live people here to get directions and parking info just couldn’t get it so we were frustratingly on our own! So after half hour I was able to find parking on the street?????❤️✌️and we needed every bit of the two hour maximum parking meter rules! We drove in because of CoVid and my mom hasn’t had her CoVid vaccine shot yet so taking BART was definitely a no!( The staff of Dr and intern Veronica were super nice as I watched them take care of my moms’eyes:)I recommend this place to anyone having devastating sight issues like mom being legally blind due to immaculate degeneration and two messed up cornea transplants, which she never got compensated for.”

“This was my first visit to the Hercules location of Quest Diagnostics, and I was very happy with it. The check in was accomplished with my smart phone, and I did not have to wait at all. The person who drew my blood did a great job -- no pain. The only negative for this location is that it is not very easy to get there using public transit because the WestCat #15 bus that goes there runs only once every hour on weekdays.”
“I highly recommend booking your appointment as early in the day as possible to avoid a wait, especially since the waiting area is a bit tight and can fill up quickly. The building is a bit dated, as others have mentioned, but the lab itself is clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly, efficient, and professional. Overall, a positive experience!”

“Awesome experience at LabCorp 3100 San Pablo ave. Made an appointment for 1:30p. I was treated with kind words of welcome and directed to the kiosk to check in. Barely had time to sit down before called in. Samuel was my phlebotomists and he was friendly interactive and smooth as butter with the blood draw. Then out before 2pm.”
“Have only spoke on phone so can only say the woman I talked with was very nice and answered my questions. Waiting on prescription and will update as to shipping time and quality etc. But for now they seemed nice and professional.
Update : received first prescription and was somewhat upset due to minimum cost and barely getting much medication, but im pretty sure they sent mine overnight and they did not mention it. So maybe they did this just to be nice after paying the minimum cost. Was appreciated big time and they did this without any complaints or asking by me. Just placed next refill this past Friday and received email saying will be updated on when is shipped (monday today). Will update as to consistency and relative results with medication relative to other compounding pharmacies used, and regular shipping times once received. But so far seem to be a very professional and helpful business.”

“Okay, so all the online appointments are taken. Instead, I go early… like around 6:30am-ish. It’s not crowded and the wait isn’t long. Now, several people complain about the Black customer service woman in the front. She and I get along great. All I do is treat her nicely… I tell her, “Good morning…” and she appreciates being appreciated. In return, she does the same with me. Anyway, the lab is convenient. Not too far from my house (a couple miles). Again: go early.”
