The tech spends tooooo much time talking in the back with patients. There's always a waiting room full and she's holding 20 minute conversations in the back laughing etc. Unprofessional and wasting our time!

This is convenient as its close to the house but it was better when they had two people on staff. Now with only one lady,and no security to help her,its not good

The technician was knowledgeable she knows what she's doing even though she's by herself. I think she's very nice too.
