“Great print shop. They do quality work at a decent price and have great customer service. They can also do some last minute jobs and have helped me out in a pinch. You could always go the cheap route like FedEx print but I guarantee you, you won't have as quality items and your prints will have some blemishes or errors.”
“I rarely write reviews, but felt the need to for this particular Minuteman location. I am an artist and they are my go-to spot for all my printing needs. They always do the work right and get it done in a timely manner with excellent communication. I've gone to several other minuteman locations and printers with the same specifics for my order, and it's been a frustrating experience to say the least - and my order is usually straight forward just reprinting my art onto a certain sized paper. The quality is always great as well and prices affordable. Thanks Minuteman Oakland for being so reliable for this working artist.”

“The efficiency was unreal- jarring in a world full of filling out forms and 'automated' tutorials, that the staff here would consult on the spot, give accurate estimates on how long printing would take! (during my 15min project & wait, I watched someone print a 1pg resume and another customer get a color consult & print example for a variety of stuff they needed for a highly themed corporate banquet)
Even when I made things confusing when it came to the attachments Id emailed for printing, Elwood folks were patient, educational, and minimized costs.
Businesses like this make me truly glad to live in Berkeley.

“This review had been due for awhile. I just wanted to See for a few times before I write this review. I've been going to this UPS store my favorite. In my previous review I wrote about Evelyn who was very rude. But she has changed to be one of the best in Customer Service. Maybe she was taught how to do it the right way. The first time when I went in about a month and a half back she greeted and smiled and had a small chitchat. I was thinking not much of it. The second time I went she smiled and greeted as well. Today when I went in she was behind the counter she popped out of the counter and wished me good morning and also wished me to have a great day. That made my day. It's one of the best feeling to go into a store in the morning come out with that happy smiling face because you got the best customer service. Yay!! to UPS store for bringing their top notch service back again. this is one of the best in oakland out of all the pharmacies around and all the UPS stores around.”

“I supplied a text for a sign I wanted and within a day or two I got an email with a mock up of the sign. They gave me two options and I approved one of them. A day later I got an email saying my sign was ready for pickup. It was just what I asked for. I have have had signs made there in the past and I will continue to go there for my signs.”

“I needed a fast 3-day turnaround for a print job (450 12-page half page booklets) and RushMyPrints was easily the fastest and cheapest quote I received after calling around multiple shops in East Bay. I was a little unsure initially when I went with them, especially because they accidentally charged me extra until I corrected them (after which they promptly refunded me). But I was pleasantly surprised when the next day, my order was ready and at my door, much faster than expected and which met all my expectations for a quality print job. I give them 5 stars because of their price and speed. Note that they don't allow pick-up orders so part of the price you're paying for is delivery.”

“This is where you need to go for passport photos. Don’t mess with the other places with lower ratings. The service is excellent and the owner (I believe he’s the owner) makes certain you look your best for the passport pic you will have for 10 years while staying guideline compliant. Plus the price is very reasonable and lower than most other spots. Win win win.”

“i have been a customer of Tony for a number of years. i will always go to him to get recommendations and he is professional and does what i need. Everytime i go into his shop, i always am assured i'm going to get a quality product. Just recently, i had him do prints for my son's work and i was overjoyed in how Tony captures my son's artistry. Furthermore, I always get a good feeling walking in and seeing other's art. I mean it is really good art and the kind that makes me feel good. If folks trust him with their masterpieces, its a very good indication Tony is very trustworthy. It's always been a pleasure doing business with him.
Tony is very ethical as well. When i see other's art, i really want to get a picture, and i ask for permission, but he informs not to because of the artist's rights. He knows what he's doing and i just appreciate that type of business ethic. I feel assured he will do the same for me.
