“A gem in northeast Richmond very near to the El Cerrito border. Keep in mind they are only open now from 11 to 2 Monday through Friday. I email them things to be printed then swing by and pick the order up. A great neighborhood small business!”

I periodically ship off equipment I don't need and this store is on my return commute from work.
But I also drive out of my way to ship from here because they have such a great attitude and customer service!
Sometimes it's busy, sometimes a customer is struggling with the basics, it doesn't matter how many people are in line or how hectic (or slow!) it is, these people deliver the highest level of service I've experienced since 10 years before the hub shut down to walk ins.
