However, the quality of the service received was not always up to par. While the technician was able to replace all the necessary parts and change the wheels, the customer experienced issues with the steering wheel shaking and an odd scent in the cabin after the service. Further inspection at a Hyundai dealer revealed that the wheel alignment was off, and two of the wheels were out of balance. Some customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the work done, reporting that their issues were not fully resolved, and the staff was not always helpful. One customer even had a negative experience with the "managers" and recommended finding a "real mechanic" instead. Despite these concerns, Firestone Complete Auto Care strives to provide reliable and affordable auto care tailored to the unique needs of Alhambra residents.
