I'm glad I called because not only did they have the material available, but they had an abundance in stock. Christian assisted me on the phone and had my order ready by the time we ended the call. When I arrived he greeted me with my order ready at the register for a fast transaction and gave me his business card for any future needs. Since then, I have become a regular and every time I go in, he and his team are always friendly and helpful. Christian also routinely checks in via-text to see if we need anything for that particular day. As a general contractor, I appreciate the great prices, inventory, location, and especially their exceptional customer service.Highly recommend.”

“I went to this location with little expectation of getting my questions answered because I was certain I had irreversibly messed up my apartment walls by retouching spots with the wrong kind of paint. I had the right color, but was using an egg shell paint on a flat painted surface...which I didn't notice until I had retouched the entire townhouse before realizing that it was drying with a shine instead of flat. I had covered all our walls with these shiny spots and it looked horrible. At this Dunn-Edwards location, I was helped by Stephen, who was so patient and supportive in guiding me through how to potentially correct my mistakes. He was kind, informative, and eager to get the right match. And he was 100% right in his suggestions. It worked beautifully and my horrible amateur painter mistakes were corrected! “At my local store, finding a Home Depot employee to get an item out of the locked cages has taken me 45 minutes. Anytime you need help or have a question, be prepared to wait. The self check out is deplorable; I absolutely hate them. I will go somewhere else to buy what I need when self check out is the only option available at The Home Depot.

Update: I went in today and they had 4 people directing and helping people at the self check out. They only have 4 self check stations. So how is it that this saves either the customer or the business time and or money.”
