Truck Rental in Alhambra, CA

“I had a very smooth experience having a rental car 2 days ago! Kia dealer's service advisor made an arrangement for me, so I just had to pack and go. It's very helpful, because I happened to have a jam schedule on Saturday. I appreciate the company transports the customer with a SUV, because I don't like to sit in tight spaces with 3 bags next to my feet lol!! There were couple options of the rental car, and I chose Kia Forte. It was a quick process to check in and out, and the car was very clean! Remember to check the tire tho, because it's not covered by the rental insurance ($15 a days plus something else for $24 total). One of my tire was a bit low, so just to be safe I added air at a gas station. Budget can add air for you too! Good option if you need a rental car for whatever reason (^^)”

“The stuff is so professional and better service.
But Goggle indicates that the store open from 8am Thursday. So I checked out my hotel and scheduled the time for my flight. It's Closed when I arrived here at 8:20，and I had to waiting for 40 mins to return the car.

Please revise the time on Google, It's so important for us.

“Great experience here. I made my reservation over the phone and the guy helping me out was easy to talk to and clearly answered all of the questions I had. Very friendly and also did a good job of explaining everything thoroughly. He did not try to rush me off the phone. I forgot his name but it was the same guy who was at the office when I checked out the truck. When I arrived to pick up the truck, the checkout process was quick and easy. The only annoying part was there was this one other older guy there who kind of kept butting in while the guy helping me was explaining things to me. Maybe he was just bored or something but I'm not sure what his role was suppose to be. When I returned to bring back the truck, it was also painless and easy. The price was exactly as was quoted to me in the beginning, no hidden fees or anything. I was actually initially debating between renting a truck from this location vs. Budget. Budget was a little bit cheaper, I think 10 bucks or something for a 1 day rental, but they have a ton of horrible reviews with lots of people saying that the truck they reserved was not there when they went to pick it up. Also lots of people mentioned that the service could be gruff. I'm glad I ended up using this U-Haul where service was top notch. Highly recommended to anyone looking to rent a truck. Oh yea, they also have their own small lot so you can park your car in the lot while you borrow the truck. This was a huge bonus. I'm always a little bit leery of places with very few reviews, but trust me this place is legit awesome (assuming that the guy helping you is the one who helped me. I can't speak for any other staff who may be there)”
