“After the BMW in Irvine offered to replace our front shocks for 4 1/2 thousand dollars we went looking for a more reasonable price. Turns out we needed front and rear shocks and some work on the connecting bars in the suspension in order to address the issue, a knocking sound which we took it into the BMW place for repair. We got all the work done for the same price BMW wanted it for just the front shocks, Which wouldn’t have ended up, solving our knocking noise problem anyway.

It last a good place to take our BMW too that won’t rip us off and that will solve the problem. Thank you.”

“Buying a new car is always a little stressful, however this purchase for my 2026 Camry XLE was my easiest by far. I always try to keep in mind that these sales are their bread and butter, so naturally they want to sell you as much as possible and the highest price possible.

I picked out the Camry I wanted on Autonation Toyota Irvine's website and emailed them to initiate the price negotiations. I prefer to use email back and forth until an out-the -door price for the car I want is agreed on. Then go in to finalize the purchase.

I emailed back and forth with Chet and we quickly came to an agreed price. Chet was very good to work with.

My wife and I went in that same afternoon and met with Victoria, she was easy to work with and made a point to cover everything and answer any and all questions (thank you Victoria!).

As we were filling out paperwork, They found out another salesman had sold the car an hour earlier. They quickly scrambled and found a similar Camry XLE at another local dealer. This Camry was more expensive and had some different upgraded features, but they offed it to me at the same price. So I took the deal. Victoria went and picked up the other Camry herself.

They offered me a good price for my old 2009 Camry Hybrid which I added onto the down payment.

We were then turned over to Robert, the finance Manager to complete the sale. He was good to work with and spent time going over and explaining the paperwork. He also covered a the additional warranty options. I never buy extended warranty packages, but this time I did buy the small dent repair warranty. Tthis is basically for door dings and its something I could have used on my previous Camry. It may end up paying for itself in the next 8 years.

The only downside of this purchase was the 5 hours total time we spent at the dealers buying this car. I'm sure having to locate another equivalent Camry XLE was a big factor to that, but it is fatiguing.

So after having my Camry for a week now, I absolutely love it. I have the Heads up display and Panoramic Sunroof which wasn't on my original choice. I am so glad I have them now.”

“Caliber Collision San Clemente is one of the few businesses I have come across recently that really operates like a caring local business. I accidentally backed into a post and had minor damage to my rear bumper, the reflector was popped out as well as part of my rear passenger side bumper, and color from the post had transfered onto the car. Daniel and Ruben were SO helpful, kind and responsive to help me out. They secured the bumper and reflector and polished out the color damage. All in about 15-20 minutes. I cannot recommend this shop and these guys enough. Thank you!!!!”

“It is very rare for me to submit a review of any kind, but in the case of my continued experiences with Mission Motorsports Auto Care, I am making an exception to give one, and certainly hope that this may provide you a bit of comfort when choosing their services.

I have 2 vehicles that are serviced with Mission Motorsports Auto Care. The first is my pride and joy, a 2001 Mustang Roush of which I am the original owner for the past 25 years. This car is heavily modified and no shop but Mission Motorsports Auto Care touches it because I do not trust anyone else to work on it. This car requires lots and lots of patience and specialized skills to work on it. The professionalism and honesty shown to me when discussing any work has been exceptional. I have never taken my cars back for any work that was faulty or incomplete. The thoroughness and quality of the repairs, coupled with the respect shown to me from the personnel at Mission Motorsports Auto Care, is what keeps me going back for all my repairs needs.

The Mustang Roush today is pushing 550 HP to the Rear Wheels, 495 lb Ft Torgue. This is not a toy, it is a serious machine with attitude. This requires a serious shop therefore, with the know how to work on this dragon. Looking for a shop to work on your late model cars? This is it.

The second car is a 2016 Jeep. The latest repair was done this week to replace the crankshaft sensors and a wheel speed sensor. They did this work in a short time and again it was thorough and without any issues. I have complete confidence in the work they perform and the honesty and integrity shown to me over the years.

“I took my 2014 Mini Countrymen in to Maaco, Lake Forest to have it painted because the factory clear coat had pealed significantly on the hood and right side of the car. They painted the entire car (except for the roof) with the original metallic dark green color. The job they did was exceptional. They also polished the headlight lens without being asked.
