“A friend referred me to DA Import Specialists. Jack is an Army vet and a 2nd generation mechanic who specializes in European vehicles, especially Mercedes Benz and BMW. He has the experience, knowledge and love of these cars that’s needed if you own a classic vehicle, or any Imported vehicle for that matter.I just acquired a MB 560sl which needed a 60,000 mile service as well as a safety inspection and repair of a heater valve - discontinued by MB. Jack gave me an estimate. He started his work and advised me on other items he discovered that needed repair. Jack had me come to his shop to visually inspect the issues and put the additional repairs in writing. Jack put in a huge effort diagnosing the problems, especially that tricky heater valve, which he resolved to perfection. My friend was right, Jack is an honest, experienced mechanic that knows these vehicles. He treats customers with respect, is fair and is careful with your car. Well done, Jack.”

“I had my car repaired here earlier this year. But I kept getting a "low washer fluid" warning. Since they had worked on that part of my car I brought it back in. What they found was that something (rat?) had chewed on the small black tubing. They replaced the tubing at no cost and even washed my car. Great service, great people. Big thanks to Brian (Manager) and his crew for making this so easy.”

“OC Auto Collision did an awesome job repairing my Toyota Tacoma. The quality of work, value and service was fantastic. The insurance company planned to total my vehicle but they made sure that wasn’t going to happen.The staff; Tag, Troy, Andres, and woman in the office were a pleasure to work with from getting the estimate to sourcing the parts, completing the repair, and communicating with the insurance company. They even touched up areas of paint on my vehicle that were not involved in the accident. The service is unparalleled. I highly recommend this shop.”

“I had some dents, scrapes as well as some clear coat damage repaired on my Lexus last week & they did a fantastic job. Can't even tell now that it was previously damaged. Friendly staff as well. They even gave me a ride home after I dropped my car off with no charge. My car was ready a few days earlier than expected. Dropped it off on a Monday & it was ready that following Friday which they originally said it would be ready the following week. My parents had a few of their vehicles repaired here which is how I found out about this place. This was my first visit here & will for sure return again in the future. Update March 2, 2024: Unfortunately another car hit my rear bumper last week while parked in a parking lot which left several bulges from the other cars license plate frame that hit it. I took my car back to Precision for the repair, but fortunately the repair was quick & simple as it was ready in just two days & they once again did an excellent job. They completely removed the bulges as well as resprayed the entire bumper which had several other imperfections in multiple areas, none that were very noticeable unless you looked very closely & never really bothered me as they were already there when I first bought the car four years ago, but nice to have those removed as well. The new paint on the bumper looks great & matches the rest of the car perfectly. They also gave my car a full detail both inside & out! Once again I'll for sure return here again for future repairs, but hopefully not too soon!”

“I was a bit afraid to go here based on some of the reviews, but TBH, I found the entire experience flawless, friendly and professional - mainly the gentleman behind the counter and Bryan (low voice)! I think to insure this you need to have an appointment - which I feel most people do not know and just show up and wait. The appointment can easily be done online. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I even had my choice of which oil I wanted - which is never heard of! You cannot beat this price either, especially for full synthetic!!!! WILL DEFINITELY GO THERE AGAIN. Unfortunately they do not change transmission fluid.”
