“I was referred to Renaldo by a neighbor and Jiffy Lube as my service light was on and I needed to get it smogged, but the light needed to be off. He got me on quickly, checked my car thoroughly found the code, did not over charge me or tell me what else needed to be fixed and said he’d even drive it to get the computer all set to get it smogged!

“I stopped in with a nail in my tire and received great service! They patched my tire checked and filled all my other tires with air and I was on my way in 25 minutes. The best part was they didn’t even charge me! I will be going back when it’s time to replace my tires.”
“I had an excellent experience at Big O Tires in Laguna Niguel. I came in around 4 PM on a Friday with a screw in my tire and a pretty bad air leak. It was right before Labor Day weekend, so I honestly expected that I might have to leave my car there for the weekend.
George helped me right away. During the inspection, they noticed that my tires were already worn beyond a safe level and recommended replacing them. I wasn’t really planning on spending money on new tires that day, but George was very understanding and helped me find a reasonably priced option at around $130 per tire.
What impressed me the most was the service. Even though it was already late on a Friday, George told me they would get everything done that same day. I left the car, went to my son’s soccer practice, and when we came back around 7 PM, everything was ready.
George was friendly, professional, straightforward, and never made me feel pressured into buying anything. Just great customer service from people who understood the situation and wanted to help.
This has honestly been my best experience with a tire shop in the Aliso Viejo/Laguna Niguel area. I’ll definitely come back and would highly recommend them. Thank you, George!”
“yeeeah so i finally got my oil changed here and i seriously wish i had come sooner, the guys working were super chill and walked me through exactly what my car needed without making me feel rushed at all. they even checked my tire pressure and topped off a couple fluids, which is like way more than i expected from a spot with this kind of price. took maybe 20 minutes tops, i was scrolling tiktok and suddenly they were like okay youre all set, no pressure to buy anything extra or upgrade. my car feels so much smoother now, its like driving a different car honestly. already telling my friends they gotta come here, for sure my new go to place.”
