“I stopped in with a nail in my tire and received great service! They patched my tire checked and filled all my other tires with air and I was on my way in 25 minutes. The best part was they didn’t even charge me! I will be going back when it’s time to replace my tires.”

“Greeted with a warm smile and a happy hello. Servace was quick, quick and car drives like a dream. Price was a tad high, but I guess things are going up everywhere. Look what Starbucks barista’s are making.”

“I had an excellent experience at Big O Tires in Laguna Niguel. I came in around 4 PM on a Friday with a screw in my tire and a pretty bad air leak. It was right before Labor Day weekend, so I honestly expected that I might have to leave my car there for the weekend. George helped me right away. During the inspection, they noticed that my tires were already worn beyond a safe level and recommended replacing them. I wasn’t really planning on spending money on new tires that day, but George was very understanding and helped me find a reasonably priced option at around $130 per tire. What impressed me the most was the service. Even though it was already late on a Friday, George told me they would get everything done that same day. I left the car, went to my son’s soccer practice, and when we came back around 7 PM, everything was ready. George was friendly, professional, straightforward, and never made me feel pressured into buying anything. Just great customer service from people who understood the situation and wanted to help. This has honestly been my best experience with a tire shop in the Aliso Viejo/Laguna Niguel area. I’ll definitely come back and would highly recommend them. Thank you, George!”

“Credibility and good customer service. I visited several places because I heard a noise coming from my car while driving, and everyone said there was a major issue. However, when I visited this place, they inspected it and found that the cause was very simple. I highly recommend this place to everyone.”
