“Bryce saved me over $2000!! I had a dead FRM from a Mini Cooper, and my mechanic wanted to charge over $2000 in parts and labor. After some research, I found the FRM failing was common and came across Bimmerscan. Although the website was dated and made me a bit unsure, I could tell he knew his stuff, so I called and spoke with Bryce. He said he could fix the FRM, and a replacement wasn't even needed. I ended up driving 1.5 hours where I was met with kindness and a warm welcome from the staff sharing the address. Bryce carried that atmosphere throughout my short stay. It only took 20 min. for Bryce to fix the problem. He brought me back for a detailed explanation with energy and passion for his craft.
