“This Trader Joe’s has the best location! I can get a climbing sesh in and then get my groceries after!

I came here before close on a Wednesday night looking for cookie dough bites I saw on instagram.

An employee named Dillon really went above and beyond and made my experience here memorable. I was talking to my friend about looking for guava jelly and he overheard and mentioned to me that he thought they were out of stock. He didn’t stop there though… he went and checked for me to make sure. I appreciate the extra effort he took there and saved me from mindlessly wondering around for it.

I was a little bummed as both the cookie dough bites and guava jelly were out of stock but just as I was checking out he was able to find me a bag of cookie dough bites, completely making my night! They were also really good and I would highly recommend.

“Wow, what can I say? I can’t believe how much you guys help my family whether I pick the groceries up or have them delivered. I have no words your kindness and accuracy is spot on 1000% of the time! One of us is there 3-7 times a week, Groceries are delivered at least twice a week and my household wouldn’t be able to function without you all! The cost to have my groceries shopped for and delivered here - I’ve tracked over the last two years - and I saved so much more money by shopping here and even having them delivered than if I were to shop for them myself at Ralph’s or Vons or pavilions or any other local grocery chain! I’ve had so many conversations with people over the last decade, but especially in the last two years that store is in top stellar shape! It is so clean als! It’s never out of stock everyone’s always so kind when I come in and you know me I shop super early in the morning super late at night and all hours in between I have a household with three generations in it and I buy things on absolutely every single aisle and I can’t thank you guys all enough for all your kindness your efficiency over the years and your hearts’ dedication for Serving the Aliso Viejo and surrounding city communities, my family absolutely depends on shopping here and I don’t know what we would do without your store, but especially without the customer service and all your employees in every department every shift are so amazing! “Read the other reviews, especially the negative ones, and had a laugh. Let's get real, folks. You come here for smog check, gas, propane, etc. It's not a restaurant. You don't come to a gas station for a good time, or have your ego massaged. It. Is. A. Gas. Station. Yes, the smog check tech is straight forward and all business. But, he is pleasant enough if you are courteous and pleasant to him. Yes, the gentlemen at the register has zero personality (and has no business being in any customer facing position). Yes, the smog check prices is high (and the coupon is almost useless). But, because it's not the cheapest around, there is almost always no line. You show up. You get tested. You pass (hopefully) and you go on with your life. In and out. This is what a nuisances of a vehicle registration renewal should be... i.e. as uneventful as possible.”

“Don't normally shop there as parking gets very crowded thus my 4 star rating. Lots of customers due to location, many residences nearby. I like large selection of different goods, produce, etc. Aisles are well marked. Did not have to wait long as plenty of checkers. Kudos to Ralphs as my lady checker looked to be at least 85. Not what you normally see behind a cash register in a big chain.”
