The team—Shady, Claire, Jessica, and Madelyn—are extremely knowledgeable and do a great job explaining the products and helping you find the right fit. My brother‑in‑law is a firefighter and motorcycle rider, and he has gotten incredible use out of the phone case and mount. “Fantastic experience with Sam. My wife ran over her iPhone and cracked the case. I called him first and Sam said it would take 15 min and the price was about $120 service included. He warned me the screen would be slightly different in color than the original, and offered a higher model for a higher price. It’s an older phone so I said no. I dropped off the phone and shopped for about 13 min and came back and he was already done. That was about 6 months ago and the screen is still working great. My wife did notice the slight difference in color (I couldn’t tell but I’m sure if it was my phone I would), but she has no complaints. I had a great experience and would definitely come back if I ever needed more iPhone help.”
