“Louis (Louie) is absolutely wonderful and saved my weekend. I was expecting an important package for my first day of work. The delivery estimate online said that I had to be home to sign for the package 9-11am. After some delays the window changed to be 11am-7pm. I waited for hours not sure when I could step out. Of course with my luck when I walked my dogs, the driver missed me by 5 minutes. Normally I would just wait until Monday to get my package but I was flying out to New York and needed the package urgently.It was close to closing hours on a Friday but Louis was extremely helpful and kind. He went out of his way to make sure I got my package in time and explained every step clearly. This was the best customer service I have seen. I am very thankful.”
