I had such a great experience at The UPS Store, especially because of Val! She was extremely professional, polite, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. I needed to send important documents internationally to the Philippines, and she made everything go so smoothly and stress-free.
Val even took the extra time to help me get a discount by adding my AAA membership, which I really appreciated. She also assisted me with wrapping and preparing my documents properly for international shipping and made sure everything was taken care of.

I went to not one but TWO nearby competitors who could NOT help me... and then, Mission Wrap & Mail to the rescue! Friendly, Helpful, Professional, Fair Price, Open Saturday... and above all... there when I needed them. Ignore the older one-star reviews—the shop changed management during COVID and is now run by Lauren, who’s brought great energy and service. The team is always helpful and friendly.
I’ve never had a package go missing here (can’t say the same for a FedEx Ship & Print location I used to use). I’ll definitely keep coming back.”
