“Coach Chappie is awesome. He is inspiring, knowledgeable, and makes sure that you not only get a great work out, but do it with proper form so as not to get injured. He takes into consideration your limitations, pushes you to your edge, and gives you follow up work outs to do at home. The gym is airy, clean, and doesn't smell like a dirty sock. The equipment is well maintained and the gym is modern, roomy, and open. I live 20-25 minutes away and it is so worth it.”

“I seriously feel like I hit the jackpot with this gym. I walked in nervous and completely brand new to CrossFit (new to working out in general really ?) and now five weeks later I’m totally hooked. “This is a fantastic gym. It has all of the equipment you could hope for, is well organized and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Julian. He runs the gym and is always making sure his members are happy with the conditions and amenities and offering tips and advice when asked. He is open, friendly and helpful and he certainly knows his stuff! I knew immediately that this was going to be my gym after meeting and talking with him and signed up on the spot. This is a great gym community full of support and respect. I highly recommend this location specifically. I’ve been to other locations but none of them have this vibe. It’s a special place and the people that run it, make the difference.”
