“Well, today (11/15/2024) I called "Pacific Auto Body & Paint" with 4.9 star review and spoke with Peter. I explained my situation (my Toyota Corolla) and he asked me to visit their shop and get advice from their specialist (other shops didn't do this!). I drove there and they fixed my problem in less than 15 minutes and at NO cost!! (how many shops will do this??). Peter was very polite and friendly, they have a very nice yard and garage, and did take care of my car right away (this is prioritization). “I had my original auto body work done on my 2022 Lexus IS350 at the Fix Auto Cathedral City. So, about a month after getting my car back some of the clasps had come off. Needless to say I was not happy, but the Fix Auto Montrose fixed the mistakes in about an hour and saved me from having to drive two hour there and two back. AND, on top of it they did it for free. Amazing! So NICE.”

I was referred by my insurer to Unicar after getting hit in November of 24. They where very quick to get me seen and document all the damage and work with my insurer. They even made arrangements for the Rental Car service to pick me up and drop me off. While my car took some time to get the parts in they kept me informed of the progress and where quick to respond to any calls.
unfortunately when i came to pick up my car the rear hatch wasn't matching up correctly , i pointed this out to Them and immediately they inspected it and noticed the Rear Hinges where damaged in the collision.
They immediately took the car back to repair and Got me a Rental during the time it took to fix.
shortly after I got my car back and so far its perfect. they made sure to let me know they stand by their work and let them know if anything is wrong. They also spoke to the rental car service on my behalf to be sure I wasn't overcharged and everything was taken care of.
Accidents happen both in driving and repair , I have a of admiration for people that stand by their work and make things right! Highly recommend they are great”

“Most of us don't look forward to visiting a body shop. But when the need arises, Joey's IS the place. My Honda's front bumper took a strong uppercut from a curb, knocking it ajar. Joey:
1. Listened to me, what I wanted. I was hoping to salvage the large plastic bumper IF possible (less waste). Other shops just said they'd replace everything (easy labor, more parts).
2. Rough estimate was lower than other shops.
3. Good reviews from other customers
4. Convenient location
5. State Farm approved
As I needed the car, I didn't take it in for the actual repair for another 2 weeks. Joey remembered me and what we'd discussed, showing you're a person. Never felt rushed in our discussions; Joey took the time for a personal service. He said he'd call in a couple of hours with the exact quote. 2 hours later, he did, and it was less than the rough estimate. He did need to replace the bumper but he explained why. Said it would be ready in 3 working days. 3rd day, he called, said it was ready.
Repairs were excellent, bumper seamless, no wind noise.
Excellent work, excellent customer service, excellent price, all done in excellent time. Hoping to not have to revisit a body shop, but if I ever do, Joey's would be the place I'd go.”
