“Was headed to the bank to pull out money to buy a new battery from AutoZone and came across B&M. I called and found out they had better prices and even installed my battery. He went over and beyond even cleaning and lubing the terminals before putting in the new battery. Last , be tested the voltage before I left. It felt good to support a local business instead of a big chain. I even got prices on some parts so no doubt, will be bak. Highly recommend!!”

From initial intake of assessing the damage, getting estimates, and drop-off to the final result of the repair and pick-up, the entire process was perfectly streamlined and transparent. Everyone I've worked with at CARSTAR-Douglas (John K, Arshak, Nazeli, and Susie) were all excellent. They were cordial, communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I truly felt like they looked out for my best interest at every stage in the process.
They've done beautiful job on my car, virtually no trace of any damage to the fender and more, finishing a day earlier than scheduled. It never looked this good since we got the car 10+ years ago. The team also went above and beyond and took care of minor cosmetic scruffs as well as a complimentary car wash, which were very kind of them.
I was referred to this location by a friend, and I confidently recommend CARSTAR Douglas to anyone in need as well.”

“I had my original auto body work done on my 2022 Lexus IS350 at the Fix Auto Cathedral City. So, about a month after getting my car back some of the clasps had come off. Needless to say I was not happy, but the Fix Auto Montrose fixed the mistakes in about an hour and saved me from having to drive two hour there and two back. AND, on top of it they did it for free. Amazing! So NICE.”

I had never been through the process of getting my car repaired with them via a Geico claim, and they walked me through all the steps and answered all of my questions. They liaised with enterprise to ensure I had a rental why my car was being repaired, and they sent me frequent updates along to way to ensure I was aware of their progress and the potential date for which my car would be finished. I DROPPED MY JAW when I saw my repaired car, for it looked BRAND NEW and better than when I brought it to them. They also provided a complementary interior and exterior clean free of charge. “Honesty and Integrity
I was referred by my insurer to Unicar after getting hit in November of 24. They where very quick to get me seen and document all the damage and work with my insurer. They even made arrangements for the Rental Car service to pick me up and drop me off. While my car took some time to get the parts in they kept me informed of the progress and where quick to respond to any calls.
unfortunately when i came to pick up my car the rear hatch wasn't matching up correctly , i pointed this out to Them and immediately they inspected it and noticed the Rear Hinges where damaged in the collision.
They immediately took the car back to repair and Got me a Rental during the time it took to fix.
shortly after I got my car back and so far its perfect. they made sure to let me know they stand by their work and let them know if anything is wrong. They also spoke to the rental car service on my behalf to be sure I wasn't overcharged and everything was taken care of.
Accidents happen both in driving and repair , I have a of admiration for people that stand by their work and make things right! Highly recommend they are great”
