“Drew and his team do it the right way. They tailor their workouts to your abilities while pushing you towards consistent growth. One thing that has really helped me is the accountability and feedback they provide. Having someone checking in with you on your progress and goals as well as tracking results (in-body scans) has really supported me on a daily basis. They set you up to win and provide resources to help get you there (meal plans, test results, recipes, mindset, etc) couldn’t be happier with my decision to join this gym. “The Camp Pasadena has gotten me back into exercise after years! The schedule has something for everyone. The trainers are all fantastic- motivational, informative, approachable and helpful. I really appreciate that I don't worry about injuring myself because they are there to correct my form. The environment is welcoming to people of all athletic and fitness backgrounds. In 45-minute workouts I get my heart rate up, I feel stronger, and I leave with more energy. Highly recommend!!!”

“I have been going to Carina’s for 3 years now. My session is an hour and starts with 10 minutes of cardio, followed by core, then arms/legs etc. A few people come in every half hour and so there ends up being around 3-6 people working out at any given time. But she prescribes different exercises for each person based on your individual strength and needs. I started going here toward the end of the pandemic because she diligently wipes down all the machine after each person uses it. One of the best things about Carina’s is she creates a very friendly and social environment. It’s the reason I have been so consistent about my two times per week! Everyone enjoys talking to each other and I look forward to catching up with my new friends all the time! She offers sessions Mon/Wed evenings and most mornings.”

“The gym, its staff, and the programming are all top notch! I started going to Reason after an introductory International Women’s day workout where they talked through nutrition and fitness, which then led me to a body scan and 6 sessions of personal training and 3 months of nutrition! I joined the group classes after my personal training and it’s now been 6 months. I used to do a lot of team cardio based sports but never really touched weights, and doing workouts on my own were unmotivating. Reason’s CrossFit style workouts challenge me every time I go, but it looks different every class! I’m grateful for such patient and encouraging coaches who care about form, safety, and quality movement over quantity and speed.
I have seen my body get stronger and my nutrition become more mindful within the last 6 months I’ve been here. I would recommend trying it out and surprising yourself with what you can do!”

In many ways we can relate and it made it very easy to talk with him. Based on my first visit, I really enjoy the clean environment and non-crowdedness of the gym. Andrew was also a pleasure to train with during my assessment. He's very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Part of the premium is the accountability factor - having no knowledge and trying to train alone is daunting, but I feel confident that the staff here will help me stay committed. :)”

“Orange theory Glendale has become my absolute favorite way to work out. The coaches are top notch and truly keep you accountable all while still allowing you to move and grow at your own pace. I love coming to class after a long day of work where I just want to shut off my brain and not think about what work out I need to do, how many reps or what machines are available. OTF does that for me and I just have to follow along. It is amazing to unplug and unwind and get my daily movement in. Coach Michael, DJ and Joe have amazing attitudes are always positive and not to mention the best play lists (especially those early 2000s throw back days!) I have fallen in love with working out all over again thanks to OTG Glendale. Recommended to quite a few friends already.”

“I truly enjoy rev cycle's non-cycling classes and the facilities are newer. My least favorite aspect about Rev is that the single-occupancy restroom is often understocked--no hand soap etc. Despite this, easy access to the location and parking always available in the side streets.”
“Aragon Training Academy is an outstanding Muay Thai gym right on Colorado Boulevard in Pasadena, just a short walk from the Rose Parade route. Josh, who runs the gym, has been training in Muay Thai since he was a kid, and it shows in his skill, discipline, and coaching style. Now his own son is following in his footsteps as a fighter, which speaks volumes about the passion and family legacy behind this place.
The other coaches are excellent too—especially Brandol, who also started training when he was young. Their combined experience means every class is packed with knowledge, solid technique, and a motivating energy that keeps you pushing yourself.
This gym is no joke—it’s all about hard work, dedication, and commitment. Whether you want to compete or simply train for fitness and confidence, the team at Aragon creates an environment where you can grow and succeed. While most classes are different from each other, every exercise is always explained well and there is a warm up leading up to it. I mostly only did hot yoga before starting a few months ago and classes here have helped me get comfortable with weight lifting and shifting my focus to functional movements. The coaches are very knowledgeable and incredibly funny which makes classes pretty enjoyable.”
“I have been a longtime member of Fitness 19 Gym located at the Eagle Rock Plaza location. I also have been attending Debbie Brown’s Bodyworks classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, which helped me tremendously in losing weight and staying in shape while having fun doing it. While it seemed intimidating at first, Debbie is great with reminding her class attendees to listen to their bodies and perform her routine exercises at the levels (low or high) that worked best for them. Debbie also has given me wonderful advices in proper stretches and warmups when I’m experiencing muscle fatigue as well as correct techniques when performing some of her routine exercises in order to execute them safely and with best possible gains and results. I also enjoyed and have benefitted from her kickboxing classes mixed with boot camp, which unfortunately was discontinued mid this year. Debbie is an awesome trainer, and I hope to continue attending her classes for years to come!!! Also, I want to mention Giovanni Juarez’ Zumba classes on weekdays and Saturdays, which I also enjoyed attending and helped with my fitness goals! Gio is also a great trainer!”

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to for Gustavo the GM at this location.
He helped me and a friend sign up and made the whole process super easy and really informative the entire time. You can tell he actually cares about people understanding what they’re signing up for, not just rushing through it. The customer service was honestly top tier, and he was patient with all our questions.
Even while we were there, I noticed how he treated everyone coming in and out with the same level of respect and attention. It’s not often you see that anymore.
I don’t go to this location since it’s a bit too far from where I live now, but the experience alone was enough for me to say this is one of the best interactions I’ve had at a gym.
Definitely reccomend stopping by if you’re considering joining.”
