“I’ve used this spot 4 or 5 times in the past year to rent a U-haul, usually to transport my artwork. Came in clutch for a smog check once when picking up a truck. Dude is super nice, seems like he only has a handful of trucks/vans so it’s not like one of those big lots where you can find yourself waiting for a million years. I’m usually in and out in minutes. Totally my neighborhood U-Haul dealer. ?”

“Great service and always a fair price. Henry/John has been taking care of us for years. Prices are even better than Costco and other places. They don't charge you a bunch of hidden and extra fees like other places do. Their prices are straight forward and firm. You don't have to worry about some lazy mechanic getting paid minimum wage doing a half a$$ job and working on your vehicles... it's only the two brothers there and they are professional, skilled, and honest. I've referred all my friends, families, and co-workers to them. I trust them!”

“Really pleased with the level of service these guys had. The check-in process was not long (for a Monday)! They were more than helpful when I needed additional rental items, and there was no hassle when I had to adjust the details in-person of my online booking (which was also very easy in the app). Parked the truck after hours around the corner and dropped the key off in the "after hours drop off" box. No random charges, and no "funny business" when I looked at the receipts. They called me to follow up on the return and were very friendly. Besides the tight parking situation, I would gladly rent from them again! Very satisfied.”

“TLDR Abraham is great and the team turned my nightmare experience into smooth sailing.I originally scheduled to get a moving van from the North Hollywood location ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE in anticipation for my move up state. Thankfully I had a bad gut feeling, and to my dismay when I called to verify two weeks later, they told me they would not have the vehicle I requested or ANYTHING AT ALL for me to take the day I had requested. (They were also extremely difficult to contact.)Thankfully I got a hold of this Budget Truck Rental location and their team handled everything entirely on their end. They did the calling, cancelling, and rescheduling to their store with very little contacting from me. Abraham is the person of contact when I arrived at the location answering every concern I had and being a friendly employee. They regained my full trust making my move easy as possible.I went from having no van available to getting a brand new box truck for my move up state at the last minute, and I am willing to vouch for this location greatly. “All the ladies i spoke to over the phone were the best professional informative! Andrew was great professional and helpful; but only reason i don’t give 5 stars: 2 guys need csr training- received angry call from Larry stating they haven’t heard from me when I’d been calling daily& over-quoted charges; the guy who took my final payment on 11/29 could not be bothered with decent humanity no eye contact, short incomplete answers, left us waiting in silence as if we needed special clearance to converse though had several casual conversations with another employee mid-transaction; U-Haul has great prices doing business was great pleasure until last guy who left bad feeling in my gut and phone call was just to bring on anxiety Will do everything possible to use another U-Haul shop next time. If i want to be treated like a peon I’ll go to No Korea! Thank you for asking”

“Thank you to manager, Cesar, who called and turned my horrible experience around. After being accused of damaging the van I rented, Cesar, returned from vacation to learn about the situation. He took the time to review the history on the vehicle and discovered that the damage in question was pre-existing. He made it clear to me that he and U-Haul as a company value their customers and work to earn long-time, repeat, customers. He apologized for how the situation was handled and for the stress it caused me. I appreciate his effort to make it right. The value of that cannot be overstated.”
