“Doors were hard to close. Wind heard coming through gap in door, especially on freeway. I told employee- he slammed the door from outside, but you can't have that doe on both doors everytime. Minor issue, otherwise smooth rental experience.”

“Giving it 4 instead of 5 just because of how expensive it was but other than that, they're a good group of people who are literally always there (when open), super helpful, cut my lock for me a few times when I forgot my keys. I left some stuff behind and they charged decently to discard the items for me, the move out paperwork was done before we were even halfway thru moving out so it was swift and smooth”
“Rented a cargo van at the Frogtown location- Ronald was EXTREMELY helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience- He installed a phone holder since there wasn’t a screen navigation in the van and also an adapter so that I could listen to my phone ( music/ podcasts) while driving.
He was very friendly and accommodating and id certainly rent from here again.”

“Nothing, because Joanne, Cesar and Nick from this U-Haul, these three did all these next things: Joanne checked me in quickly on a busy Wednesday of last week, February 18th, 2026 she was very well patient, prepared, and courteous to walk me through the process of renting the U-Haul van for my moving situation currently. Then on Tuesday, February 24th, 2026 Cesar and Nick helped us regarding to someone was planning to call up the towing company to tow away the U-Haul because that person was so grumpy and upset that he tells Cesar we parked and blocked his driveway when it wasn’t on the driveway. So, Cesar took his courtesy thoughtful call to call me to let me know the situation, which when we quickly arrived back to the U-Haul can we took two pictures regarding to the matter and went to this U-Haul for early drop off since we do not want to go through this again. Also, we thank Cesar and for Nick to be there to assist us to check through U-Haul van and told me what is the last thing after we return the key. So overall these three agents did what’s right and amazing job on assisting helping us!! Please continue to show your true efficiency and care to everyone that needs help when they come to rental services!! Thank you so much and I appreciate your support and your kindness!!”

“We are SO grateful we stumbled into Julie’s U-Haul location! She helped us smoothly transition the move of our personal items from her Pasadena location using a U-Box to arranging a pick-up to be shipped to our new home base in Cork, Ireland! We had no idea we could accomplish emptying our storage unit nearby and filling the U-Box in one day, while also taking inventory for customs and wrapping everything! Julie made it all possible! She sells the moving supplies, and she is super kind, professional, and resourceful.”
“This so-called "UHaul Neighborhood Dealer" is actually Kayso Intl Inc. The white young man working there is fantatic. He went out of his way to help; without him, I would be in deep trouble.
On the other hand, UHaul's headquarters and regional office administrators and managers are terrible. They screw things up. They just sent me a feedback form and offered me to share it here. My feedback is "The question "Did your goods arrive safely" does not make sense. You have not shipped it to my home, how do I know whether it arrives safely. There are other things that do not make sense. For example UHaul emailed me a couple receipts tonight seemingly related to the UBox rental but it uses code like "AA" as the "equipment" I rented and language that is non-understandable. No idea what UHaul are talking about. That clearly shows that UHaul workers are very self centered and do not really know what they are doing."”

“Budget gets 0 stars, but Doshi gets 5! Although Budget was extremely unhelpful, Doshi did everything he could to sort our their error and kept me informed regarding a rental van that never arrived. Even though I never got to rent from them, I'd rent with Doshi despite the terrible customer service from Budget itself. I hope Doshi opens his own rental company some day!”

I was honestly surprised to discover that U-Haul now offers the Neighborhood Dealer service and even happier to find out that I could pick up the truck right near my home.
I made a same day reservation and walked over to pick up the vehicle.
The woman at the counter was very friendly and helped me through the entire process step by step.
Within about ten minutes, I was already inside the truck and ready to go.
Everything worked smoothly and exactly as expected.
A very convenient option if you need a quick rental without going to a large U-Haul center. ?”
“My husband and I used this storage service for about six months. The storage units are clean, and restrooms are always accessible. It's very easy to check in and out. We had very pleasant conversations with the manager regarding all our questions. Special thanks to the manager for his work! If we need storage services in the future, we will use this place again.”
